Return & Refund Eligibility

✅ Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange.
