Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

• Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange.

Return Shipping

• Please include your order number and cancellation request in your message.

After 12 Hours

• If more than 12 hours have passed, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

• In this case, you may return the item after delivery by following our Refunds & Returns Policy.
